Carina Seyfried · Psychologist, M.Sc., Karlsruhe
I am interested in what is at work beneath a situation: which patterns, experiences and inner processes shape how people think, feel and act?

Alongside conversation, creative methods can come into play. They offer another way of making thoughts, perceptions and connections visible when something is hard to grasp in words.
An image, a structure or an object can help to hold something, look at it more closely or see it from a different perspective.
We work in the Space for Development in Karlsruhe or online.

Why mondayblues
The name stands for the feeling that something keeps returning. Like a Monday that comes back every week and at some point carries a sense of pressure or discontent. Something repeats itself, even though you would like it to be different.
That is exactly what my work is about: understanding which patterns persist, what keeps them in place and where something can be put in a new order.
What shapes our behaviour is often not obvious: psychological processes, experiences, and the part that body and nervous system play. People often come to me in times of transition, under high strain, or when they notice that something in their life no longer feels right.
At the centre is a shared understanding of what is at work, and the question of what the next step could grow from.
