1:1 coaching & psychological support for employees

Some companies offer their employees one-to-one sessions: as a fixed benefit, much like health programmes. In many companies this is known as a coaching pool.

Flexible to each concern

As a psychologist I respond flexibly to what each person brings, even when a concern goes beyond a typical coaching question.

For employees

A confidential setting to talk about strain, uncertainty or upcoming decisions at an early stage. Without going through managers, and without having to wait until a situation escalates.

For the company

A voluntary, confidential offer that gives employees early access to psychological support.

  • Making care tangibleEmployees can seek support with personal or professional strain.
  • Supporting people through transitionsEspecially under pressure, in times of change or uncertainty, a confidential conversation can help people sort out their situation and stay able to act.
  • Starting earlyWhen strain can be voiced early, things can often be resolved before they turn into longer-lasting difficulties.

How the coaching pool works

The company provides a quota. Employees use their one-to-one sessions independently and confidentially. Scope and framework are agreed together.
